Why? We're targeting companies that are growing +251 - 900 employees with small HR departments in comparison to the amount of employees that they serve. Ideally, this would be a HR-to-Employee Ratio of 1.2. Why? Research shows that once companies hit the 250+ mark, their HR ratio significantly decreases BUT their budgets and costs go up because they are more likely to outsource HR functions than recruit. On average a company is willing to pay 25% of a HR salary towards a new tool.
