We started Metta Space because we witnessed sexual harassment and werenβt able to stop it. As we expanded our 8 months of research and worked with our first pilots, we saw a clear demand to expand our services beyond harassment to encompass workplace misconduct more broadly.
We developed our first version of the product in November 2021, which only included a reporting system. Since then, we have adapted and built out the case resolution centre, NLP and workshops to create our three pillars: Prevent, Report & Resolve.
